Dr. Ann Marie Rodriguez has practiced Social Work in the area of Mental Health for 25 + years. She is a graduate of the City University of New York Herbert H. Lehman campus with a Bachelor’s in Social Work ‘96, and a graduate of Fordham University, also in New York City where she received her Master’s in Clinical Social Work ‘97. She has been licensed to practice social work in multiple states since 1997 (New York, Pennsylvania and Florida) and holds a current license in the state in which she lives and serves- Florida. Throughout her career she has worked simultaneously in Chrisitan ministry as a Pastor, Ministry Collaborator and Counselor. In ministry she offered counseling services in private practice, in multiple church ministries which included youth, education and service ministries. Having served the church so many years it was clear that mental health and religious beliefs can be both congruent and contrary. In 2016, she received a PhD in Religious Philosophy from Tabernacle Bible College & Seminary in Brandon, Florida. She currently serves in the School District of Osceola County as a School Social Worker in one of the local High Schools and currently works as one of the Clinical Intake Evaluators for Primary Psychology of Central Florida.
