For that reason, I chose to be a Psychologist. It is a great satisfaction to see how people can transform adversities into learning experiences and take control of their lives. My core values are compassion, empathy and honesty. With me you can find a safe environment where you can share your emotions and make the changes you want in your life. I work mostly with teenagers and adults. I follow the perspective that the mind and the body are connected, therefore all the changes we make have an impact in our physical health and vice versa.
